Job Description

  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts payables.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all transactions are well recorded and updated
  • Handle account payable and issuing payment voucher/cheque/upload payment
  • Carry out monthly AP aging report forward to Superior
  • Carry out monthly financial report to Superior
  • Ensure all documents well record and filling
  • Check staff's attendance and update leave record

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree Holder in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Able to work independent and efficiency
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Immediate can report duty is preferred
