- Involved in preparation and processing of Purchase Orders
- Maintain procurement records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Follow up with suppliers on payment documents including Invoice & Delivery Order upon material delivered
- Ensure Invoice process timely and submission to accounts for payment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment and delivery arrangement and active monitoring of shipment status to ensure timely delivery
- To assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- At least SPM or equivalent discipline
- Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience in Purchasing
- Familiar with MYOB Accounting Software will be added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to meet deadline
- Able to start work immediately will be a plus point
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
