Content Strategy Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Strategy Development: Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand goals and engages our audience across various digital platforms (blogs, social media, website, video content).
• Audience Research: Conduct audience analysis to understand demographics, interests, and engagement patterns, tailoring content to these insights.
• Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across platforms.
• SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for SEO, track performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is aligned with overall brand messaging and campaigns.

Live Hosting Responsibilities

• Live Event Hosting: Host live events, product launches, social media streams, and other live engagements.
• Audience Interaction: Engage with the live audience during events through Q&A sessions, comments, polls, and other interactive features, ensuring an immersive experience.
• Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the brand during live sessions, ensuring professional and engaging communication that aligns with the brand’s tone and values.
• Content Adaptation: Adapt pre-planned content for live formats, ensuring smooth transitions and flow during live broadcasts.
• Technical Proficiency: Operate live streaming software, cameras, microphones, and other equipment to ensure a smooth live broadcast.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• Live Host: 1 year (Preferred)
