Working Hour:

  • Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
  • Saturday (8.30 am to 2.00 pm) Saturday will be on leave on alternate. (cuti bergiliran)

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Business Management, Administration Management, Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and answering call from customer and responding to messages.
  • Attend walk in customer.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts.
  • Follow up on progress payment with customer within the stipulated time frame.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
