Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
- Saturday (8.30 am to 2.00 pm) Saturday will be on leave on alternate. (cuti bergiliran)
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business Management, Administration Management, Accounting or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and answering call from customer and responding to messages.
- Attend walk in customer.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Prepare invoices and receipts.
- Follow up on progress payment with customer within the stipulated time frame.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
