  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • To assist in monitoring inbound and outbound delivery schedules;
  • To liaise with related interdepartmental/ branches for inbound and outbound operation or documentation wise;
  • To liaise with 3PL for delivery inquiries;
  • To know requirement needed for packaging materials;
  • To perform data entry and maintain relevant records/documents;
  • To perform monthly and yearly full stock take and counting in system;
  • To support overall departmental administrative works;
  • To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by the superior when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related field;
  • Familiarity with using computers including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Meticulous, well organized, disciplined and hardworking;
  • Speak and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tebrau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
