ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (INTERSHIP)

We, WINQ TAX SDN. BHD. is an accounting firm. We have been in this business for more than 15 years. We have more than 70 clients under us and we manage their accounts, audits and taxes. We need candidates who actually have interest in accounting and finance.

Position:
We are seeking motivated internship candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in accounting and finance. If you are looking for hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and tax services, this internship is a great opportunity for you.

Job Description:

• Learn and assist in daily accounting tasks, including receiving and filing documents and entering data into accounting software (Autocount).
• Assist in managing sales, invoices, official receipts, petty cash, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation.
• Gain exposure to working with creditors, debtors, and other basic accounting functions.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients for day-to-day tasks and assignments.
• Take initiative to learn more about the accounting field and gain real-world experience.
• Perform any other duties as assigned during the internship period.

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in accounting and finance.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed SPM or Diploma in Accounting.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize assignments.
• A basic understanding of accounting software is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods (with prior notice).
• Preferably based in Kajang or Selangor.
• Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Internship Position:
Starting from RM700 per month.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
