  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Operations

  • Collaborate with suppliers and agencies to ensure smooth service delivery and optimal supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure an orderly, accurate, and timely flow of shipping documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain updated data in systems and spreadsheets, and work closely with the HQ.

Procurement

  • Communicate regularly with local customers and overseas agent offices to update them on shipment status and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Identify and negotiate the best costing from suppliers.
  • Build and maintain a strong, supportive working relationship with suppliers.

Customer Relationship

  • Oversee and maintain good commercial relationships with all customers.
  • Contribute to client acquisition and retention by analyzing customer behavior from enquiries and feedback.
  • Track sales leads, coordinate quotes, and maintain accurate customer accounts while providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow up proactively on submitted quotations to achieve a high success rate and close deals effectively.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to contribute to organizational success.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma in any related field.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and external partners for seamless operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Expected Start Date: 01/31/2025
