• Experience of communicating with members of the general public and young children
• Physical fitness and stamina
• A personal commitment to sustaining professional working practices in the workplace at all times including excellent timekeeping and punctuality skills
• The right aptitude for coaching young children under 7's years old
• ability to work as part of a team

Job Summary

• Proactive pre-session planning of each LK activity session attended
• Punctual, accurate and safe delivery of the football activity coaching content in the LK programmed during the session, as the Lead coach
• Monitoring and maintenance of a safe environment at all times during the session
• Reporting to and coordination with your employer to ensure the maintenance of high quality Little Kickers sessions at all time

Key Tasks

• Kickers equipment necessary for the conduct of your allocated LK sessions
• Timely arrival at and set-up of LK venues prior to session conduct (including
• prompt arrival at venue at least 15 minutes prior to the first session)
• Professional and proactive coaching of all allocated Little Kickers sessions in accordance with the activities set out in the Little Kickers session plans
• Maintenance of a physically safe environment for Little Kickers sessions at all times, including signing off pre session safety checks by the assistant coach and strict adherence to Health and Safety guidelines throughout the sessions
• Safekeeping and appropriate use of your LK Session

Plans

• Help with the promotion, marketing and sales of the Little Kickers program where requested by your employer
• General tidy up of the venue after the days program is complete
• Timely reporting of issues and problems to your employer

Pay: RM30.00 - RM45.00 per hour
