Lifting Specialist / Lifting Supervisor

• Verify lifting team competency at site. • Provide relevant lifting design, procedure and supporting calculation drawing with endorsement by certified lifting engineer. • Perform site assessment and verify the lifting plan or lifting certificate for any Lifting Operation including complex and non-complex lifting during the lifting preparation activities. • Keep track and perform surveillance of the daily lifting activities within the site, including to be present in monitoring the Complex / Critical Lift to ensure lifting operations are conducted safely in accordance to approved lifting plan. • Verify inspection done by others contractor appointed by COMPANY on lifting gears, lifting accessories, lifting aids, and lifting equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s certification and reference standard. i.e., Pad eye, Wire Sling, Synthetic Sling, Shackles, Chain Block, cranes, forklift, excavator, boom truck (to check with LTAP) and etc. • Perform daily coordination of Lifting Operation including readiness of permit to work (PTW) onsite along with other inspection works. • Participate in Risk assessment (RA), JHA and RCFA • Conduct In-House Training in accordance with LTAP (define LTAP) and project site requirements. • Develop training modules.
