Accountant

Tarbiah Kreatif is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial health and reporting of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the company's financial decision-making process. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation. Monitor company cash flow and budget management. Financial Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations. Prepare and submit statutory financial reports and tax filings (e.g., SST, EPF, SOCSO). Conduct regular financial audits and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Advisory and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees. Maintain accurate records of staff benefits, bonuses, and deductions. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, Xero). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
