Multiple Position Available From Selangor,Johor,KL
Requirements:
· Possess SPM/ STPM/Diploma/Degree qualifications.
· Preferred candidate who has Customer Service Experience
· Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
· Proficient in both written and speak English and Mandarin.
· Proficient in operating office software and online chat tools, with certain foundation in network knowledge, and fast typing speed in English / Mandarin
Responsibilities:
· Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and colleagues.
· Handling a variety of office tasks.
· Performing data entry and other clerical duties as required.
· Maintaining physical filing systems.
· Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.
· Handle the processing of all customer orders or requests with accuracy and timeliness.
· Provide support for the sales and marketing team as required.
· Generate sales report for metric analysis.
· Support for special sales program when required.
· Assisting with the coordination of office operations and procedures.
