Job Description
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This role involves handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and assisting customers with inquiries. Requirement
- 3 years of experience in the retail industry or any related field.
- Fast learner and keen to learn.
- Have good communication skills.
- Hardworking with an enthusiastic & positive attitude.
- Honest & responsible.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible in working hours
Responsibility
- Operate a cash register - POS system & cc machine (opening & closing).
- Greet customers & process their payments.
- Answering & making calls from/to customers.
- Replying to customer inquiries
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick & efficient.
