Job Description

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This role involves handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and assisting customers with inquiries. Requirement

• 3 years of experience in the retail industry or any related field.
• Fast learner and keen to learn.
• Have good communication skills.
• Hardworking with an enthusiastic & positive attitude.
• Honest & responsible.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible in working hours

Responsibility

• Operate a cash register - POS system & cc machine (opening & closing).
• Greet customers & process their payments.
• Answering & making calls from/to customers.
• Replying to customer inquiries
• Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick & efficient.
