Full job description
- Required to assist the Boss with all administrative and other matters
- Required to support in various administrative tasks required by the management (e.g. liaise with clients etc.)
- Required to coordinate tasks between different personnel
- Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
On-the-job training will be provided.
- You will work with with the management on and be guided on the various tasks delegated to you
- You will be trained on how to use company systems for administering data
- You will learn how to communicate with colleagues from different departments to solve problems
Qualifications & experience
- SPM/High school diploma or equivalent.
- Acceptable for other non-related Diploma Certificate
- No experience necessary as required to undergo on-the-job training
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate in mandarin will be prioritize due to need to communicate with Mandarin speaker customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
