- Provide general administrative and operation support
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative & Operation problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Maintain office supplies for department
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with Mandarin averagely
