Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime.
System Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and servers.
- Update and patch software to ensure system security and efficiency.
Network Management:
- Assist in managing the company’s LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and repair services.
User Training and Documentation:
- Train employees on the use of new software or systems.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and procedures.
Data Security:
- Support data backup and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/MIS), MS Office, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and database management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
