Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the success of our HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the hiring process.
Onboarding:
- Help prepare and organize onboarding materials for new employees.
- Assist in coordinating the new hire orientation process.
Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist with documentation related to employee leaves, benefits, and other HR-related processes.
Training & Development:
- Support in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Help track employee participation and feedback for training programs.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning for HR events and activities.
HR Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and presentations for management.

Here's what we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
