Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Order Processing:
- Assist in processing customer orders and preparing shipping documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Shipping and Delivery Coordination:
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, courier services, and other transport providers.
- Verify and process delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customs documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on logistics activities and performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
