Our client is a leading International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Subang Jaya. Currently seeking talent to support their business expansion.

  • Act as the primary contact for handling and responding to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare detailed and competitive quotations within specified timelines, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up to secure customer satisfaction and business opportunities.
  • Manage FCL/LCL/export shipment arrangements, ensuring all documentation and customer inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Work proactively with ocean carriers, hauliers, warehouses, and local vendors to ensure seamless shipment arrangements and timely deliveries.
  • Participate in and assist with customer meetings to address operational matters, fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers, the Operations team, and the Forwarding Department to ensure efficient coordination of daily shipment activities.
  • Prepare and manage job orders for daily shipments, ensuring all processes align with customer and company requirements.
  • Generate accurate billing within three working days of shipment completion, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist the sales team by coordinating shipments for both new and existing customers, contributing to overall sales objectives.
  • Record and maintain minutes for sales meetings, compiling detailed sales lead reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Undertake additional tasks as requested by the department head or management, contributing to team success and company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with local and international customers to provide comprehensive business support, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
