Job Summary:
The Human Resources & General Affairs Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, not limited in recruitment, training & development, foreign worker and expatriate management, and general administrative task.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Responsible in end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
· Manage onboarding to offboarding process for Foreign Worker and Expatriate matter
· Responsible of all Training functions which include TNA, Yearly Training Plan, Training effectiveness, Training Procedure, Training Record Keeping, sourcing for training provider, Training budget, HRDCorp application and claim.
· To assist Assistant Manager (HOD) on company performance management related matters
· To assist Assistant Manager (HOD) on implementation on counselling session in SPSC.
· To assist Assistant Manager (HOD) on implementation of Human Resources Policy and employee's handbook of terms and conditions.
· To carry out for Company’s Event, Welfare program and external activities.
· To carry out any task based on the current SOP.
· To communicate with related Government authorities’ bodies.
· To communicate with MISIF, MIHRM & MEF.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Able to work independently under minimal supervision
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Counselling / Psychology or any related course
· Diploma (with at least 2 years’ experience) Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology or any related course
· Fresh graduate can apply – training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
