Responsibilities:-
- Perform day to day financial transaction, including verifying, checking according accounts payable data.
- Process outgoing payment in compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
- To generate and process all payments accurately and timely for all supplier's invoices.
- Book keeping duties such as recording and maintaining Company financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly general expenses report.
- Assist to perform bank reconciliations which include investigating and reconciling the differences on a timely basis.
- Assist to prepare settlement proposals with some of overseas Nissin group which include requesting invoices which not in the records and email to the respective department to take action on the invoices and others Nissin group request and queries effectively.
- Ensure proper management of filing system for finance department (for documentation like general ledger, journal vouchers, invoices payment voucher, accounts payable documentation and other miscellaneous documentations.
- Assist in annual Company's audit and tax queries matter.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Requirement:-
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in accountancy or related field study.
- Having knowledge in accounting.
- Possess basic computer knowledge (Email & Microsoft Office)
- Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow up skills
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
