  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Check and reconcile work tickets against the company system to ensure all information is accurate and reliable.
  • Conduct daily checks on hand jobs each morning and before the end of the workday to ensure no jobs are missed or overlooked.
  • Update container numbers, dates, and times in both manual and system formats according to company SOPs.
  • Assist in planning and arranging the daily delivery and collection schedules for drivers based on customer requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Transport Manager.

Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma holder in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in haulage or trucking operations.
  • Experience in 3PL logistics is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is required.
  • Can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
