· Candidate will act as an Administrative Assistant for this position.
· To coordinate all matters and provide administrative support to Sales department
· To prepare invoices and delivery orders according purchase order and consignment stocks usage, packing of stocks in any urgency needs.
· To ensure proper recording and filing of documents in a systematic manner.
· Provide secretarial services for office staff such as procurement, coordinating mails and dispatch/courier service.
· Liaise with customers for orders, payment and collection related matters
· Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required by superior
Requirements
· Minimum two (2) years working experience in related field for this position.
· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
· Good organizational skill, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Reliable, responsible and punctual is a must in this company
· Full-time position
· Have own transport
· Required Skill(s): Working with SQL accounting software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
