MICLOH Management Trainee Program provides ambitious and high-caliber talents with an entry point into a dynamic and stimulating career in Human Resources & Management consulting. The program includes a rotation of placements across different functional areas with tailored training & development and mentoring from our senior consultants Designed to speed up the mastery of management techniques and real-world skills in a specific area of expertise, MICLOH will expand your potential and you will gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience as you work as part of a great team, and alongside with our experienced consultants. MICLOH Management Trainee Program is a full-time position that marks the start of your career at MICLOH. Following the completion of the program, you will begin to take up key positions at a speed that is determined by your performance.
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or any other business-related studies.
- Proven active involvement in extra Co-curricular activities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to communicate with others
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Experienced HR Professionals with more than 1 year of industry experience, preferably with substantial exposure in education institutes, consulting-related businesses, training providers, or banking industries.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and active co-curricular involvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
