Job Description
- To maintain and ensure system security
- Diagnose and fix technical problems, such as computer hardware issues, account setup and network configuration, via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain current and new workstation, notebook, and peripherals, operating systems, and applications
- Perform IT preventative maintenance
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows OS environments.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of the Linux/Mac OS environments and Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (both written and verbal)
- Able to work independently with initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
