- Track and maintain training records, ensuring employees’ training certifications are up to date.
- Help assess training needs by liaising with department managers and suggesting relevant courses or workshops.
- Support in processing payroll by assisting with timesheet collection and verifying attendance records.
- Help maintain records for employee benefits (medical insurance, paid time off, etc.) and assist employees with benefit inquiries.
- Assist in the administration of leave requests (sick leave, vacation, etc.), ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing HR documents, filing employee records, and maintaining HR databases.
- Coordinate employee records and ensure accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparing HR reports (e.g., attendance, turnover, training compliance) and updating internal HR systems.
- Assist in ensuring that all HR-related documentation is compliant with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Help maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of records.
- Support HR audits and assist with legal compliance requirements related to employee relations and welfare.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
