Role Overview:
We are hiring Sales Associates for a 6-month contract, with the potential for full-time employment for top performers. This role involves making outbound calls to invite prominent business leaders across Asia to participate in a prestigious awards platform. You will engage with high-profile individuals, ensuring clear, professional communication while achieving set targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential participants.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the database.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages is highly preferred: Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Burmese, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Prior telemarketing or lead generation experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Open to locals and foreigners with valid Malaysian work visas.

This is an on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur.
