Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive with a specialization in payroll management to join our team. The ideal candidate must ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related activities.
  • Process related statutory payment reports and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Organize, maintain and file all HR correspondence for staff into their respective personal files.
  • Prepare and issue yearly EA forms for all employees and handle the annual Borang E submission for LHDN e-filing.
  • Manage all staff leaves, maintain documentation of leave, MC and filing of hard copies appropriately.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll, taxes, and employee benefits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities as required.
  • Employee Queries: Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions in a timely and professional manner.
  • System Management: Utilize HR and payroll software to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline preferably with additional qualification in Human Resource Management or minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Sound knowledge in the latest Malaysian Labour and Industrial Laws, prevailing HR practices and legislations.
  • Able to multi task, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result. Able to meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful, proactive, reliable and equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess high level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of company’s and department’s confidential matters and information.
  • Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
  • Oversee social media management related to HR initiatives
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes
  • Familiarity with HR software such as Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft
  • Assist in affirmative action planning and compliance
  • Support human resources management tasks as needed
  • Contribute to succession planning efforts within the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
