We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic professionals for the role of Manager, Terminal Vendor Management . The successful candidate will report to the Head of Card Operation & Merchant Ops.

Key Responsibilities

Functional
  • Manage team day-to-day operations and resolve the issue/backlogs/investigation related to terminal deployment, retrieval and termination to ensure services meet business needs within agreed turnaround time.
  • Work closely and communicate with respective stakeholders and other supports (i.e business PPFE, Merchant Operations and terminal vendors) for terminal purchase including price negotiation.
  • Perform validation and generate regular reports and tracking (i.e terminal deployment, conversion and retrieval progress SLA) to PPFE business and Management on a weekly or monthly basis and ensure its compliance with Bank Policy, Merchant Acquiring & BNM Guidelines whichever applicable in assessment accordingly (RCSA,CBR).
  • Oversee terminal inventory/expenses levels, forecasting demands and managing replenishment to minimize the stock outs and conduct stock counts with PPFE Compliance on yearly basis, followed by write off obsolete upon receiving approvals for cost savings.
  • Lead project and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to merchant operations and access the performance of the vendor's service, making adjustments or changes as needed to improve efficiency.
  • Regularly review and update the Terminal vendor management standard operating procedure (SOP) in accordance with policy and collaborating with cross functional teams to improve procedure or issues related to terminals.

Managerial
  • Training and mentoring team members in improving their knowledge/skills.
  • Support as backup to verify team member's daily works related to terminal deployment, retrieval and termination.

Job Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent.
  • Working proficiency in English (written & spoken) and competent with Microsoft Office application
  • 5 years and above related working experience with knowledge on Credit Card System.
  • Ability to work in a minimum supervision, creative problem solver and leadership skills in leading a team.
