Job description
This individual will work closely with operations teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our machine and building infrastructure
· To communicate/report on equipment and machinery related breakdown.
· To perform and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance works.
· To perform routine maintenance of equipment and machinery.
· To troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns when arise.
· To communicate with machine vendor / service provider for advices on technical or system troubleshooting.
· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address recurring issues and improve system performance.
· Document maintenance procedures, equipment configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
· Assist in developing and maintaining spare parts inventory management and procurement processes.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
Requirement
· Minimum SPM qualification with 1 year working experience or Minimum Diploma. qualification in a technical maintenance role, with a demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility.
· Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
· Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
· Good communication skill.

· Proficient in Microsoft application.
