Job Responsibilities:
Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via outbound calls
Assist and update customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations
Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM
Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience needed!
Good verbal and written communication skills

Working Hours:
Rotational shifts (Mon - Sun)
The earliest shift starts at 8AM, the last shift ends at 9PM
9 hours working (inclusive 1 hour break)
2 working shift – 8am to 5pm / 12pm to 9pm
Salary Package:
Basic salary is RM2,000
Additional allowance up to RM200
Night shift allowance up to RM300 (only applicable to those working on night shifts)
