1. Ensure all data from the document is entered into the HRMS BOSS INET system.
2. Carry out all document verification in the MMD department.
3. Ensure document filing is done properly and maintained.
4. Ensure the security of documents and all printed company data are preserved.
5. Assist the MMD Supervisor in resolving documentation problems.
6. Involvement in the stock counting process as a control tower.
7. To upload and download data as well as control the entry and exit of stock counting slips.
Any assignment from the store management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
8. Undertake and perform all/ any other duty/ task which may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor, Line Manager and/or Function Head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
