Job Description

  • Carry out all purchasing duties for food materials, packaging materials and others.
  • Carry out all administration tasks including perform stock check and cost check, data key-in.
  • To negotiate terms, quality and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
  • Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
  • To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.
  • Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read and write English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Economics or related discipline.
  • Independently with minimum supervision and a team player.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Strong prioritising skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Final semester student only.
  • Malaysian only.

Allowance : RM700.00 per month
