- To coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, suppliers and workers.
- Preparation of paperwork including daily site report with progress pictures, checking and taking of site measurements, checking of claim's quantity and report to Project Manager.
- Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time and quality.
- Blue Print reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day work.
- Execution of work in accordance to drawings and specifications/quality required.
- Ensure that the project is completely handed over without defect works.
- To work closely with the project team and assist and support the superior to manage and complete project documentations and delivery.
Requirement
- Related renovation field 1-3 year or above
- Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor
- Good communication & time management skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines target
- Possess technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issue
