BIM CSA Technical Specialist (based in Johor Bahru)

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of Revit model for Mechnical works
• Prepare and update 3D BIM models for development of CSD models for submissions
• Participate in the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to Client's Drafting Standards and Procedures. Drawing submission schedule is achieved before deadline.
• Participate the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers. Define all the CSD/SEM issues, prepare and distribute the issues accordingly.
• Support Project Team on BIM Model presentations.
• Perform technical product demonstrations (if necessary)
• Provide technical services on-site

Job Requirements:

• Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in BIM Modelling, preferably in data centre
• Well-versed and have good knowledge on BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks
• Must have good ability to understand design drawings
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Structural Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Resourceful and a quick learner.
• May work independently after given a task.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
