  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Montage Editor plays a critical role in the post-production process of filmmaking. They are responsible for assembling various visual and audio elements to create a coherent and compelling story through montage techniques. Working closely with directors, producers, and other editors, the Montage Editor transforms raw footage into a polished final product that conveys the intended emotion and narrative.

  • Review and organize raw footage, importing and logging clips.
  • Trim and arrange footage to create the desired narrative flow.
  • Employ montage editing techniques to convey themes, emotions, and time shifts.
  • Work with the director and producer to understand the creative vision and specific editing requirements.
  • Provide creative input on storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual style.
  • Suggest music, sound effects, and additional visual elements to enhance the montage.
  • Utilize editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer to execute edits.
  • Ensure seamless transitions, proper color grading, and synchronization of audio and visual elements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven more than 3 years of experience as a video editor or montage editor, preferably in a film or television environment.
  • Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer).
  • Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual composition and audio clarity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate creative ideas and collaborate with a team.
  • Arabic Speaker is PREFERRED
  • Malaysian

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
