  • To perform general day-to-day administration duties such as prepare invoice, delivery order and purchase order.
  • Facilitate the delivery orders and handle additional requests and record all relevant info.
  • Keep track of customer’s order delivery status.
  • Follow-up closely with production to get an update from time to time and arrange delivery to customer on timely manner.
  • Maintain proper filling systems to ensure the traceability of documents and update into systems.
  • Responsible for general administrative tasks in the office including but not limited to courier, office supplies, equipment issue and ad hoc office tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Good in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel).
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Posses with own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
