We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and optimize the financial operations of our group of companies. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to manage the finance functions of multiple entities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial strategy, operational excellence, and industry-specific compliance to drive growth and maintain financial health across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Analysis
- Develop and execute financial strategies to align with business goals.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to optimize expenditures.
- Analyze sales trends, costing, and profitability for various revenue streams
- Assess financial feasibility for marketing campaigns, expansions, and new ventures.
Operational Finance
- Manage cash flow, supplier payments, revenue reconciliation, and payroll.
- Implement cost-control measures to minimize inventory discrepancies and inefficiencies.
- Ensure accurate reporting across outlets and payment channels, leveraging the POS system.
Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare and present high-quality financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including taxation and industry-specific certifications.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax agents.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and operational efficiency.
Technology & Systems
- Manage financial software and leverage data analytics for actionable insights.
- Support decision-making on pricing and business expansions.
Oversight of Related Entities
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, compliance, and reporting practices.
- Provide strategic financial insights to drive growth and sustainability across entities.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of financial management experience.
- Audit background is a plus.
- Proven expertise in financial planning and cash flow management in high-volume operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel.
- Strong communication skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
