Job responsibilities

  • To be trained to support and assist the Retail Operation's General Manager in all aspects of job functions as listed below.
  • To assist in improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, support for better management reporting, information flow & management, business process and organizational planning.
  • To assist in supervising and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Operation Team, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication.
  • To assist in collecting and combine information and other statistical reports on outlets’ progress, or action plan as required, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all aspects of operations, following up issues of discrepancies as required.
  • To assist in monitoring the stock transfer in each outlet to ensure there are adequate supplies.
  • To assist in identifying methods of stock generation among the Branch Person-In-Charges and to respond to stock concerns where relevant (Inter Branch Asset / Goods Transfer Application).
  • To assist in ensuring all the outlets are efficiently and effectively managed and monitoring their compliance with policy, procedure and standards.
  • To assist in processing all outlet’s Repair & Maintenance Expenditure and Capital Expenditure Proposal, applications and requisition from branches.
  • To assist in coordinating and follow up with HQ’s Repair and Maintenance personnel/technical specialist on outlets’ facilities and equipment matters.
  • To assist on branches’ renovation matter.
  • To perform other job related responsibilities as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (Degree or Diploma) in any field.
  • Passionate in retail supermarket/hypermarket operations.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
