Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the partner network.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and align on goals.
  • Train and equip channel partners with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell the company’s software.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and sales strategies with channel partners.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for channel partners and provide ongoing support to meet these targets.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure partner performance and overall channel success.
  • Collaborate with marketing to nurture leads for both direct engagement and channel partners.
  • Conduct compelling and tailored product demonstrations for prospects, showcasing the value and functionality of the software solutions.
  • Develop and present customized proposals to prospects, addressing their specific business needs.
  • Negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales directly with local prospects.
  • Ensure seamless handoff to post-sales and customer success teams for onboarding and implementation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in the software industry, with pre-sales or direct sales experience would be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through channel partners and direct engagement.
  • Experience managing ERP partners or working within the ERP ecosystem would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with both partners and end customers.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate software products.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
