We are looking for an HR executive with excellent communication skills to join our company and handle all the business administration in the HR Department.

You are required to keep records and work with confidential documents as the HR executive of our company, so you must possess excellent organizational skills to be able to manage large quantities of employee data.

We expect our HR executive to have a deep understanding of the labor laws that apply to our company and possess excellent knowledge regarding the various aspects of our human resources department.

Business partner

  • Contribute to the logistics management team’s decision making in relation to the human resources function

Human Resource & Administration

  • Manage day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Leader
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, insurance, etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, HR system, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, night shift, public holiday, etc)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Manage onboarding for the new hiring
  • Manage training and development unit in alignment with the guidelines from Decathlon united, local business unit and HRDF guidelines
  • Dealing with the external manpower agencies in any case for the additional temporary manpower for the operation, including sourcing, contract management, arrangement of the manpower, attendance of the manpower and payment follow up
  • Must maintain a direct connection to all the employees of the company and make sure employee relations remain healthy and that a constructive and positive work environment is nurtured throughout the company


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR with 2 years experience or Degree in HR with at least 1 years of working experience. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Malaysia regulations.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, HR Functions and HR best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer applications and HRIS/software
