Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Direct phone calls and inquiries with efficiency.
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms.
- Set up equipment, arrange refreshments, and liaise with IT for technical support.
- Maintain facilities on the meeting rooms for smooth operations, IT/audio equipment, restrooms, and pantry supplies.
- Support administrative tasks in the CEO’s office.
- Ensure the front office is always clean and tidy.

Pay: RM1,367.05 - RM3,000.00 per month
