Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, conducting pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Administering staff welfare and benefits e.g. leave management, medical benefits, expenses claims etc.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and up to date in the HR system.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.
  • Prepare HR-related data reports to support management decision-making.
  • Contribute to company culture initiatives, organize team activities, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Maintain employee relations, address employee issues, and ensure a harmonious working environment.
  • Attending employee inquiries and providing support to HR related matters.
  • Assist in any other tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR role.
  • Multi-tasking, meticulous, have a sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
  • Responsible & possess a high degree of integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws, understanding of compliance requirements and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with HRMS is an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately is preferrable.
  • Willing to work in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT- Kerinchi Station).
  • Contract for 6 months only.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
