  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties/Responsibilities

1- To have responsible to arrange timely delivery/shipment according sales delivery schedule.

2-To collaborate with internal and external party for delivery/shipment arrangement and to provide weekly shipment schedule.

3-To place shipment booking and interact with forwarder to solve delivery or containers problem.

4-To prepare shipping documents, debit note and credit note through SAP system.

5-To apply Certificate of Origin from MITI and FMM.

6-In charge of import arrangement for engineering spare parts.

7-To ensure proper recording and filing on all shipping documents for accurate follow up and for future audits (internal/external auditors).

8-To coordinate with Sales,QA and Production to obtain shipment approval before shipment/container truck out.

9-To prepare monthly insurance declaration report ( shipment and external warehouse) to insurance company and monthly KPI report for external shipment.

10-To issue Purchase Requisition for SCM department.

11-To apply Export permit/COC exemption certificate for roasted bean shipment.

12-To update DR4 in share folder.

13-Responsible on arrangement of local delivery schedule with local customers/local transporter.

14- Responsible on arrangement of coffee bean/finish product transfer in/out from external warehouse.

15-To perform related duties as assigned by HOD SCM.

16-To place shipment booking with forwarder.

17-To apply COO for export shipment.

18.To apply Export permit/COC exemption certificate for roasted bean shipment.

Qualification : Diploma and Above.

Requirements : 3 years experience in related field.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6-9 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
