Job Responsibilities :
You will assist the account receivable deportment in invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of payments for Razer Fintech Offline BU and Razer Gold BUAccounts Receivable
- Responsible in preparing and creating daily/weekly/monthly sales invoices for local/overseas customers & inter-companies after uploading the reports from system
- Assist in following up on daily collection on amount due from respective companies and inter companies
- Assist in preparing and monitoring Accounts Receivable Aging.
- Ensure invoice issuing is to be handled as per Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Controls.
- Ensure that all documentation is filed and organized appropriately.
- Provide regular updates on the status of accounts receivable to team lead.
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and payment terms.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
- To handle ad hoc projects, assignments, duties and responsibilities when required
Pre-Requisites :
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP system is an added advantage.
