Brand Management: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s brand, ensuring visibility in the publics' eyes.
Content Creation: Plan, create, and edit engaging content on the company's training courses and projects with other clients.
Social Media Management: Manage our presence across social media platforms, engage with followers, and analyze campaign performance, particularly to update our training courses with our followers and also to inform them on our upcoming training schedules.
Website Management: Upload and maintain training courses on the company website to support lead generation for the sales team.
Trainer Onboarding: Interview and onboard potential trainers to expand our portfolio of training programs.
Digital Marketing: Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to drive leads and traffic.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights for content and campaign strategies.

Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or branding, preferably in a B2B setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Experience in website content management and basic SEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Familiarity with corporate training or HR industries is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
