Production Engineer

• Responsible for copying the product manufacturing technology from the Foshan factory to the Malaysian factory, and responsible for maintaining the WI working instruction. • Responsible for the proper management and maintenance of the equipment to ensure that the production can be carried out normally • Applying new technologies and methodologies in manufacturing practices to increase efficiency and reduce waste • Ensuring all production equipment and processes comply with safety standards and regulations • Investigating and troubleshooting any problems that arise with processes, machinery, and operations • Coordinating with other engineers, suppliers, and customers to discuss and solve quality issues • Reviewing and improving production schedules and manpower requirements • Setting and achieving performance targets for production efficiency • Training and supervising team members in the use of new production processes and equipment • Stay up-to-date with advances in process engineering and trends in the manufacturing industry. • Need to attend a short session training on site at China • Other ad-hoc tasks as when required
