Kitchen Helper - Western & Dessert | Rawang Salary: RM1800 + OT Meal allowance & transport allowance Uniform & medical Rotating Shifts Duties and Responsibilities: Helping cooks prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling and slicing ingredients Be responsible for variety of tasks including washing dishes, chopping vegetables, and assisting in the preparation of meals Check and prepare food for breakfast, the drink hut section, and buffet lunch Make preparations for Mission Plus for the ala carte and weekend Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from the delivery trucks Ensures that t he work environment is clean and sanitary, including the work area and equipment Removing garbage and replacing garbage bags. Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required Skills: Able to multitask efficiently Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of food safety standard and practices Ability to use common kitchen equipment and appliances safely Able to work in a fast-pace environment Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays
