The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and door access systems, ensuring top-notch service for our clients. Key Responsibilities Installation and Setup: Install and configure security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and door access controls. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs to ensure systems are functioning effectively. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. Customer Support: Provide on-site support and assistance to clients during installations and maintenance. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and explaining system functionalities. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Travel Requirements: Travel to various client sites as required for installations and service calls.
