SMARTPHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Job Descriptions:

• Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair, and other hardware/software issues.
• Diagnose and repair a variety of smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches.
• Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards.
• Conduct final tests on devices to verify functionality after repair.
• Communicate effectively with customers about the status and cost of repairs.
• Provide professional advice on device maintenance and care.
• Adhere to company guidelines and operational protocols.
• Ensure all repairs are logged and documented accurately in the system.
• Stay updated on the latest repair techniques, tools, and industry trends.
• Demonstrate a willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
