Manage database and accounting , Customer service and operation. Know about google sheet/ excel
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Experience in Accounting System
Knowledge in booking procedures is a must.
Updating and maintenance accounting records
Update financial transactions into internal databases.
Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Familiarity with finance regulations
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
Controlling credit and chasing debt
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
